SuperThreads

Data deletion

Effective 29 October 2026 · Last updated 29 October 2026

You can delete your SuperThreads data at any time. This page explains how to request deletion, what we delete and how long it takes.

1. How to request deletion

Use any of these options:

  1. Remove SuperThreads from Threads. In the Threads app go to Settings → Account → Website permissions (or on the web, Meta Accounts Center → Apps and websites), select SuperThreads and choose Remove. Meta notifies us automatically: we revoke access immediately and delete all data held for that Threads account. Meta gives you a confirmation code and a link to this page to track the request.
  2. Disconnect inside SuperThreads. Go to Settings → Threads accounts and disconnect the account. Its access token is deleted immediately and SuperThreads stops accessing it.
  3. Email us. To delete your whole SuperThreads account (sign-in, workspaces and all connected Threads data), email [email protected] from your account email with the subject "Delete my data". Include your Threads username if you want only one account removed.

2. What we delete

  • Threads access tokens and profile details of connected accounts
  • Synced posts, replies, mentions, insights and analytics snapshots
  • Drafts, scheduled posts, uploaded media and automation rules
  • Inbox data, saved lists, keyword monitors and research results
  • For full account deletion: your profile, sessions, workspaces you own and their API keys

3. Timeline

  • Immediately: access tokens are revoked and scheduled posts and automations for the account stop.
  • Within 30 days: the data is permanently deleted from our systems and the request is marked completed.

If you used Meta's removal flow, open the link Meta gave you (or this page with your confirmation code) to check the status. For email requests we reply to confirm once deletion is done.

4. What we cannot delete

  • Posts and replies already published on Threads — delete these in Threads; they are governed by Meta's Privacy Policy.
  • A minimal record of the deletion request (confirmation code, Threads user ID, status and date) kept to prove the request was completed.

5. Contact

Questions about deletion: Forward Fastion — [email protected]. See also our Privacy policy.
